Another, since 1937, this time the 82nd Pulaski Parade on our prestigious 5th Avenue with SG Judo behind us! In a beautiful way it started with a polonaise. The atmosphere was wonderful under the supervision of American Senator Charles Schumer and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland – Piotr Wilczak,

There were a lot of warm words, and the subject of visa-free travel to the USA was also discussed. Senators of both countries spoke very positively about this idea and declarations. Surely, soon travel between Poland and America will be much easier(!).

Crowds consisted mainly of all kinds of Polish organizations members, among them SG Judo with coach Wojtek Szulinski and our club’s friend and great boxer Adam Kownacki.

As tradition dictates, the white and red march was preceded by a mass celebrated by auxiliary bishop Andrzej Zglejeszewski.

The weather was good, there were many of our youngest Judokas, and together with my parents we proudly walked the fifth avenue!

Below is a short photo report from the celebration of this beautiful Sunday.
