Wojciech Szuliński
Head coach. Coach of all age groups and advancement. Black belt in Judo, a competitor with a rich starting history in both Judo and related sports. Coach Wojtek still represents the United States at major events in Judo and Sambo. In addition to his achievements as a competitor, coach Wojtek is involved in organizing the competition and promoting Judo throughout the United States.
Judith Tocaciu
1 DAN Black Belt born and raised in Romania. Tocaciu is the main coach for the judo kids program in our school. Sensei Judith multiple medalist on the national level in Romania as well 2x USA National Master Gold medalist.
Adam Kownacki
A close friend of coach Wojtek and a good friend of our club. A titled, unbeatable Polish fighter, who doesn’t need to be introduced. Always nicely seen at our doorstep, and all members of our club are waiting for his next fights. Adam’s invaluable help is visible at every possible opportunity, Against all odds!
Jan Jackiewicz
Our long-time friend from Poland. Jan has a considerable number of medals from both Polish Championships and many European and world events. For many years he has had a black belt in Judo and whenever he is in New York we could train with him together and enrich him with experience. Our colleague also has several winning competitions under the colors of SG Judo!
Artur Pujszo
Black belt in two disciplines. From 2015 black belt in Judo and from 2019 black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He systematically takes part in many national and continental competitions in captive sports. He has won Polish Championship medals in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, European Championship medals (NAGA), championship belts, as well as two Polish Championship medals and Qazaq Kuresi European Championship performance.
Oleksiy Lysenko
Leading Polish Judoka of the weight up to 100 kilograms. Multiple national representative and national team member. He won a bronze medal at the European Open in Zagreb in 2021. In addition, he won a silver medal at the European Cup in Sarajevo in 2022. Combined education and university sports at their best Winning a gold medal at the European University Games in Lodz, Poland in 2022.
